Yes I think the CNG cyclinder is important. Because there is difference in weight. I have installed "Faber" cylinder in my corolla, it is 60 lbs cylinder and the weight of the cylinder is 12 kg less than EKC or other brands. So I think it does matter if there is less weight on your rear shocks.
